Raul brings a lifetime of passion and dedication to dancing. With over 15 years of experience as a performer, instructor, and a long list of awards and titles, he is considered to be one of the top salsa and hustle dancers today.

As an instructor, Raul has earned a reputation as one of the best in his field. He blends meticulous, cutting-edge teaching techniques with humor and warmth. Raul has a keen eye for evaluating kinetic movement allowing him to clearly communicate proper technique and styling to his students. He is an exciting, compassionate teacher who shares his love of dance.

In 2007 and 2008, he received the prestigious Top Teacher Award at the Miami International Hustle and Salsa Competition in Miami and the New Orleans Big Easy dance events. Competitively, Raul has consistently led his partners to dominate many sought after titles at high profile events worldwide. There is much more to come from Raul Santiago in 2009!
